accessibility problem window pops up when trying to list and item !

trying to list an item, got ONE done. Second one am working on but  when I go to hit the LIST button  I get this window about Accessibility issues , something about  If  I'm  having problems because am hearing impaired, etc.

I can't get it listed because of this !  

Anybody else having this problem ?

I'm  using firefox as a new browser and after I got the first listing done there was a tab at the top of the page asking if I wanted to allow pop ups on ebay, I clicked allow.  This was  while viewing the listing write up in a second window  for making edits/reviewing.)

So, it started after that but not sure if it's related at all but if it is, what can I do to fix it ?

I have had to rewrite that second listing 3 times now to no avail due to the accessibility window deal.

No idea. No idea what you are seeing, if it's an eBay popup, if it's a Firefox feature, a Windows thing, and have never run into or heard about anything of the sort.

You need to provide more info - like a screenshot.

Maybe you can save it as a draft after you compose it instead of hitting the LIST button - at least then you can work towards getting it listed without having to type everything in again.
