I have had customers on both of my selling account trying to buy more than one item from me. I use business policies for shipping and it is not working. It wants to charge them full price for each item.
This has been going on for a long while, it does not seem to affect every buyer but it has been hurting my sales for way too long now. Please get a ticket in on this.
