Are you trying to connect from an email that makes such an offer? If so, it may be a fraud email trying to get your account password.........
@dhbookds @kensgiftshop - eBay started rolling out spendable funds to some users by invitation in early April, so it's entirely possible @das-hookup was one of those early invitees.
Part of the enrollment processes requires identity verification. I'm guessing the recent announcement over on the UK board about SMS verification requirement coming soon may mean they are preparing to launch spendable funds there too.
It sounds like they are receiving the text message with the code, but getting an error message on the eBay site when attempting to enter the code for verification.

Hi @das-hookup! I assume you're trying to use the Enroll now option in your Payments section of the Seller Hub right?
If so, what error message do you get? If you don't mind sending along a screen shot and URL for that screen, it would be helpful should we need to file a ticket with the tech team. The more information I can share with the tech team, the better.
