Cant relist an item?

My listing Schumann Cherub Compote cant be relisted. Its not on my selling active list. I made a new auction this am for it after the buyer was a Scammer and never paid week or more ago. But says error cant relist becauses its automatically relisted. It wasnt relisted by ebay. Help. Id like to get it posted again.

If/when a buyer does not pay within 96 hours, the seller needs to cancel the transaction, citing "buyer did not pay".  Did you do that?

To relist your item when you get the "you can't relist" message

1) Double Check Active Listings to make sure it isn't already listed: https://www.ebay.com/mys/active

2) Then try "Sell Similar" from the drop-down list here:

https://www.ebay.com/mys/sold or

https://www.ebay.com/mys/unsold 

Sell Similar will work when "relist" won't.

I canceled it. But ebay canceled it first, security issue with spammer who bought, then wanted to textwith me. But its not in my unsold list or sold lust? I made new listing in my drafts. Wont let me relist.  No clue!!!!!

It won't let you relist, that is not uncommon if you are using either the app or the beginning listing tool to create listings.
