Cant accept offers.

Is there a problem with accepting offers right now? I cannot accept an offer from a buyer and they cannot accept a counter offer from me.  This has happened with two different items.

I am having the same issue.  For two days now, I have been unable to accept a "best offer".  I keep getting the same error message.  I talked with 2 different eBay customer service reps today.  The first one told me that I should try a different browser--I did that and it still didn't work.  The 2nd one told me that he would submit a ticket.  Meanwhile I am missing out on a great potential sale.  I hope it gets fixed before the offer expires.  😩

I've been dealing with this issue for months. I am sad to say this issue has now spread to canceling orders and giving refunds. This is how trash ebay's site has become. To accept an offer, I have to open it in a new tab 20 times. Not an exaggeration, 20 times. 3 or 4 of the windows take me to the actual offer, the rest error out. I click on accept offer in those 3 or 4 windows. Most of the time, those also error out. I have said "SCREW IT" to offers so many times now. FIX YOUR SITE EBAY! THIS IS WHY AMAZON IS EATING YOUR LUNCH!
