I've been dealing with this issue for months. I am sad to say this issue
has now spread to canceling orders and giving refunds. This is how trash
ebay's site has become. To accept an offer, I have to open it in a new
tab 20 times. Not an exaggeration...
I've been dealing with this for a while now. Every morning I wake up to
find a new glitch. Can't accept offers? Cool...Can't cancel orders now?
Awesome! Can't give refunds now? PERFECT! That's going to do great
things for my feedback score.
