Cannot access Seller Dashboard (May 20 2024)

Heads up to other sellers:

Gives this error:

upstream connect error or disconnect/reset before headers. reset reason: connection termination

Tried multiple selling accounts and multiple browsers. Same result every time.

I be getting the same error. I recommend reaching out to eBay directly to let them know (with technical issues, it seems the more sellers that report it, the higher precedence it has on being worked on).

You are correct about that @izumozorc . The more sellers reporting, the higher the issue climbs in the fix queue. I did contact eBay CS earlier on this. They replicated the issue on my account and also on their own personal account and filed a ticket. They confirmed they are getting a lot of reports about this.

Because today is the 20th - the day sellers are evaluated on performance standards each month - perhaps that's causing a problem. Either way, the rep was great and filed the ticket.

My seller dashboard is displaying without the error now. Hoping yours is, too!
