Can't submit a listing.

Every time I try to submit my listing I get the message: "We can’t connect to the server at onboardexpweb.ebay.co.uk" This happens both with Firefox and Safari on my mac and iphone. Any one know why?

I've been having this problem for the past week. SO FRUSTRATING!!

I click "LIST ITEM" and immediately goes back to the listing. I tried making it a draft which works however the listing isn't complete and I have to redo measurements, title etc. 

Any suggestions?
