Can't sign in. Button is grey & not active link on sign in page

As of 9.4.19 I can't sign in from my computer, as sign in button is grey & not an active link when page comes up & name password doesn't turn button blue either.  CS is typically condescending & rude, without helping in any way.  Feel like it might take IT TECH like 3 minutes to correct coding on button; but as usual Ebay doesn't seem to care that every update is full of glitches & are dragging their feet to make their platform accessible / compliant with all clients.  Losing tons of working time, can't list from phone...

If it keeps asking you to sign in over and over then check your site preferences to make sure the option to stay signed in is selected. Sometimes if you sign out this option can get turned off.

I've also had the greyed-out Ebay sign-in box when using Firefox since I had a recent Microsoft 1809 update on my PC.  However, the alternative URL you provided does work. I have suspicions about the 1809 update as I also have had the Facebook 'white screen of death' (blank screen) on login since the 1809 update. There are no problems accessing either Ebay or Facebook from my mobile phone.

I just tried your suggestion as I too am having log in problems at the buttons relist and sell similar item.
Did not work, I am being promted to sign in with no result getting into my relist and sell similar buttons. Would rather those important buttons work instead of the FEEDBACK button !!!

I am having the same problem with Firefox 70.0.1. That's really annoying. However the login button is working when using a Private Window in Firefox.

Same problem, sign in button stays gray and log in is not possible on ebay.ca had switched to ebay.com and signed in with no issues.

Had the same problem, greyed out sign in button on co.uk site, switching to .com seemed only way to fix.

(which in retrospect is annoying as now everything is in dollars and it think's I'm based in USA 😕 )

I have had the same issue with Microsoft Edge for months. I can sign onto the US site using Google Chrome browser. But when I try to sign on using Microsoft Edge browser, the "sign in" button is grey.  I tried the ideas above, but nothing works.  I wish someone would provide a fix for this.

The only time the sign-in button is grey for me is for a split second when the page first begins to load. As soon as it is done loading, the button turns light blue. If I hover the cursor over it or click on it, it turns dark blue.

If your button remains grey, it sounds like the page is not loading completely, which could definitely prevent you from signing in.

If you have not already, I would suggest going to Edge Settings, Privacy & Security, and Clear Browsing Data, and select "Choose what to clear". Then clear "Cookies and saved website data" and "Cached data and files".

Also, check to make sure you have the latest version of Edge, and install any updates if they are available.
