It seems that there's some problem with the eBay website that when I wanted to cancel an unreceived order, it asked me to go to PayPal, then in PayPal it sent me back to the eBay resolution centre, asking whether I have not receive the item or if I received an item that is not up to description.
However only the second option worked but that is about an item being received, and for the first option it says "Sorry Something whet wrong" and I just got stuck there and can never proceed.
While for the second one the system ask me to return the item and show the tracking, however I have received nothing and I have nothing to return.
This is quite annoying and could anyone tell me what I can do?

If the last estimated delivery date has past and you have not received the item, go to your Purchase History. From there you can file an Item Not Received case in the Resolution Center. The seller will have 3 days to respond. If you do not receive a refund right away, then click the link to Ask ebay to step in to force the refund.
