Had this issue last week...could not send out my invoices...so I waited hoping it would be fixed. Nope...auction ended for this week and I still can't send invoices. I get the error " There is some technical error, please try after sometime".

i am getting the same message ...cannot send invoice for 3 items. ebay rep said wait and try again in a day or 2. **bleep**

Have been having this for weeks now, usually only with larger invoices (many buyers purchase over 40 items and sales are split by ebay over multiple invoices). Buyers are also having issues making payment, sometimes it is indicated that I don't send to their country (while I do) or some other error message. Contact with customer support solves nothing: both my customers and myself get standard answers which shwo that customer support is not willing to understand, let alone acknowledge or address the fact that there is a technical issue and that it is not the seller that doesn't know how to send an invoice. As far as I can see the errors are connected with the changes ebay is making for their managed payments system. As with all of their changes there is always a long period of errors that you have to go through before they get their system working as it should.
