Looks like eBay has changed the look of the page used for preparing (and paying for) a shipping label and it has some functionality issues for me. It won't let me change the shipper (and therefore the price) from USPS to Fedex or even UPS -- although they suggest using a carrier other than USPS due to slower than normal delivery times. Has anyone else experienced this and has anyone solved this? I've tried on several devices.
