It is impossible for me to send any messages to a buyer who is needing some help with an item she purchased. No matter the method I use to try to contact them, eBay won't let me message them. When I reply to their message, I get this instead:
_____________

You don't have permission to access "http://www.ebay.com/rtn/Return/SendMessage" on this server.

This has nothing to do with VPN, or network, or computer settings, OS, etc, as I have attempted this on several devices (Android, iOS, MacOS, and Windows) on different Wi-Fi Networks and over Cellular.
Also, trying to send the buyer a message directly through "Contact Buyer" does not work and results in "Oops! Something went wrong. Try again later."

you can find the buyers email address in Sellers Hub, just click on the transaction, then tick the small id number at the top of the listing.

Click on 'Orders' in Sellers Hub, you will see the small transaction number on the top of the item.

I also had issues responding to messages this morning. Took me 4 attempts before it finally remained intact on the screen and was able to send. I'm not an eBay "regular" but what I've see this week does not leave a good impression. This morning I started saving screenshots of the error pages. Two so far and all I've done is try to straighten out some images (another systems issue, that was supposed to be corrected yesterday by noon) and respond to buyer questions.
