Can't select items to promote.

I keep getting an error when I select items to promote. Error message "Sorry, something went wrong. Please reload the window."  Reload doesn't work....

I reported this to live chat yesterday and also through the "?" at the bottom right of the eBay page and then 'Report Technical Issue'. Hopefully it gets looked into soon. There's another thread I started a few days ago with some other sellers having the issue as well. More of us that report it, the better although it's a long weekend so I'm guessing they're running at minimum staffing for now.

I submitted a ticket on this issue 3 days ago. The typical response for chronic I T issues  "24 to 48 hours" to resolve this issue. At the time there were NO OTHER  reports.  I see many others are now seeing this same PROBLEM. One can only assume that our awesome I T staff is enjoying their long holiday weekend and will address this HUGE PROBLEM in this millennium.

I'm having the same issue on every listing I try to do the promote option on today.

I see the error if I try to promote from the Active listings page.  Try this instead: go to your advertising dashboard and either create a new campaign for the item or add it to an existing campaign. I successfully added new listings to an existing campaign this morning.
