Promoted Listings Issue

Every time today that I try to promote a new listing, I get the same error message "Something went wrong please reload the window"

I have signed off and back on to the site and it has remained the same since about 2 pm.  

Is there a current technical issue or is it just me

There’s no issue that I know of. Have you logged out of eBay, cleared history and cookies to see if that fixes the problem?

It seems there's a current issue for some users.

There should be a question mark icon at the bottom-right corner of most pages. Select the option "Report a technical problem".

I submitted a ticket on this issue 3 days ago. The typical response for chronic I T issues  "24 to 48 hours" to resolve this issue. At the time there were NO OTHER  reports.  I see many others are now seeing this same PROBLEM. One can only assume that our awesome I T staff is enjoying their long holiday weekend and will address this HUGE PROBLEM in this millennium.

 I see the error if I try to promote from the Active listings page.  Try this instead: go to your advertising dashboard and either create a new campaign for the item or add it to an existing campaign. I successfully added new listings to an existing campaign this morning.
