Since this morning I am unable to respond to messages from buyers. Whenever I click Respond button inside messaging screen, I get the following error: 'It's not you. It's us.'. It's been like this for 6 hours. Is this a joke? How do I escalate this to technical support?

Exactly the same problem here. I can't respond to some messages. This is ridiculous.
