Can't relist an item. Ebay glitch?

Is anyone else having issues with listing/relisting items? I had an auction not go through due to a seller backing out over the weekend and wanted to relist but when I click on the link in my email to do so, or try to find the way to do so on the site itself, I am unable to.

The item is both listed in my "sold" category (even though it says item bid was cancelled) and in my unsold category. In unsold I'm unable to relist.

I don't recognize anything from that mostly empty screenshot, and you didn't specify if using seller hub, etc, but here is the direct link to the oldstyle unsold page. Maybe try it from there: https://www.ebay.com/mys/unsold

If that is where you were trying, have to think of something else.

Did you cancel the transaction in the resolution center link at the bottom of the page BEFORE you tried to relist it or make a second chance offer?

Does a dispute lock an item out from relist or sell similar? I wouldn't think so (multiple qtys, etc)

You have to relist from the original auction (in your Sold section), not the SCO listing (in your Unsold).
