Same here. It's frustrating that they don't immediately acknowledge these issues on the System Status page so that we know it is an Ebay issue and not one with our PCs or ISPs. Many items waiting to ship but can't! I wonder if it is impacting shoppers.
Same here. Can't open my selling Page " Message : something went wrong". Customer Service not available via Phone. How are we supposed to complete Orders? I will try to work of emails and Paypal.
UK site is off-line completely! They all know there is a problem but nobody can contact eBay direct until 1pm UK time and then you will get USA only. This started during the night when pages kept vanishing or people were shifted to other sites. We work 24/7 during the week and we have been sent to USA, Australia, Canada and all manner of sites in foreign languages. Not good and no-one can tell us what is happening here. Don`t bother listing new items as they will be in $ and as we understand it, they will stay in $. They will not revert to UK£ Sterling later. The whole system is now screwed up.
I'm getting the same message. Problem is obviously with Ebay. Would have been nice to have been alerted by them before everyone's attempts to troubleshoot to no avail.
We are the same and if you try to call them they only give you the USA phone number. Come on eBay sort this out as we are trying to run a business and can not contact our buyer to answer their questions.
Same here and its 11.40am now. I even had trouble finding the forum as thats all changed! why dont they just leave things alone?? sort out existing problems before creating more!!
