Hi has anyone else had problems the last few days with the item specifics not all coming up when loading a template? Also the compatibility feature on the listing tool also comes up sometimes, sometimes not. I have to revise several times to get all the info in my listing. I have been using the seller hub listing tool since it was made by Ebay, I guess a couple years ago, with no problem. I tried several browsers including explorer chrome and edge all the same results.

Just got off the phone with Ebay tech support. Ebay motors has a bug in both compatibility and item specifics. The tech rep Gladys was very helpful and pleasant. Best tech support call with Ebay ever.

Today...there was supposed to be updates to the item specifics in many categories.
The last couple of days? Maybe prep work, on eBay's part. Keep trying.

Is the compatibility function correctly for you guys ? I still can't list anything and the tech rep stated through the phone I was the only one calling in about this issue. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Hi I did one listing last night and the compatibility worked ok. I still had the problem with item specifics not coming up in my template.

Same here, I also can't change any that have been listed already prior to this occurring. I would advice when you get a chance to call ebay for them to recognize is not a single person issue. That's exactly what they told me when I mentioned others are having the same issue. They proceeded to tell me we need others to call in to make sure it's an actual bug. I truly appreciate your responds.

You just have to true believers like their call center support team. The all seeing server team will know there is a issue and will fix the issue in due time. If they do not know there is a issue then they will eventually figure out there is a issue and fix it when they can. So there is no need to report issues that will just waste their time and increase their work load as the issue will get found when it gets found and it will get fixed when it gets fixed. Tell the user to have faith and wait patiently.

Did two more listings with the seller hub listing tool. The first item compatibility worked but not all item specifics came up on my template. The second item compatibility did not come and not all item specifics came up when loading the template. So I published and tried revising to enter the compatibility info. Tried several times compatibility will not come up so I could not enter my compatibility info.
