When i try to mark an item as shipped in "Manage Orders' it won't indicate shipped...it will still indicate the Ship by...date. In Seller Hub it will still show i have an item to ship and when enough time passes will show it's overdue for shipping. When i click on 'Order Details' page it does show the item has been shipped. I have no idea if he buyer is being sent an email indicating his/her item has been shipped.....my guess is they have not and it probably does not indicate their item has been shipped in their My Ebay. This is a very significant problem if good buyer experience is the goal, and needs to be addressed quickly.
This is somewhat like the problem of several weeks ago when tracking numbers vanished after being entered but were still showing up in the Order Details page.
Other users have reported items that were marked as shipped becoming unmarked as shipped even after the item has been delivered and positive feedback has been received from buyer.
