Mintsoft connection not visible under Third-party app access - Cannot remove access!

Hello all
Little surprised I have to log this here but after speaking to the concierge team, they flatly refuse to help on this saying it is a developer matter. Madness.
I have since stopped using a 3PL company who are using Mintsoft in the UK to handle orders (https://www.mintsoft.com/) on behalf of their clients such as myself.
What is concerning is that Mintsoft have managed to circumvent the eBay Third Party Access settings on the page;
https://accounts.ebay.co.uk/acctsec/security-center/third-party-app-access
As I am unable to see the connection, I cannot revoke it. Explaining this to basic support was less than fruitful and all they could advise was to contact the company to remove the connection. They just didn't grasp the red flag that a company has managed to circumvent the API somehow so it doesn't appear in your own account list to be able to be managed.
I am not a developer but I am fairly sure this should be made aware as I now have customer information flowing to a company that is no longer authorised to access this data. Again eBay support was not interested.
Is there a way to forward this FAO to someone with relevant knowledge?
