I see a few other topics on this problem. I will add mine.
2 items purchased thru best offer on Sept 12th, both delivered today. Purchase history even shows delivered. I click on the blued out "leave feedback" and I get "We can't find this transaction. Please check your purchases to leave feedback."
I tried 2 different browsers, cleared cookies, cache. no luck. Tried different links as offered in another topic, no luck there. If I click on order details page all the specifics look fine, but still unable to leave the seller feedback.
Using a different link to the "leave feedback page" I have items in transit to me that show up as normal, but the 2 items in question do not show up on this page.
If I do a search by item title I can find both items in the "sold" listings 9-12-23. So they are still in the system.
Both items were "best offer" I had to enable "auto pay", seller accepted and the transaction went through.
I have no idea what the "glitch is".

Just an added update, I contacted the seller and explained the feed back situation and asked if it would allow him to leave feed back to me (the buyer).
He said the same thing comes up.

As of this AM, 9-20 I was able to leave seller feedback on the 2 best offer (auto pay) items.
others having the same problem might want to check and see if they can now leave feedback.

Same issue, payment was from a best offer. Would really like to leave the feedback so others know how bad quality the item is.

Same issue. I don't remember this ever happening before in my many years of selling & buying. Hopefully it works later.

Maybe give it a few days. Feedback is not mandatory anyway.

It's working now. I was just curious why it didn't before. No biggie though.
