Can't edit photos with app

Haven't been able to use the app editor for over a week. Screen goes black when trying to edit.

This may not help your issue directly but maybe think about editing on your phone so you just need to upload the pictures via Phone app? There are better background removers as well that can be utilized with your phone to streamline your process. I think your pictures/presentation would be much better. IMHO

See my comment above. I believe this is a phone issue. I never use the background remover. Ebay still hasn't been able to make it work properly. I use the top of my white washing machine as a isolation box. You would never know unless I told you.

Perhaps. Many times i had glitches/issues with cropping (delay and freezing) and the use of the background remover (would freeze up) which i eventually gave up on.  Happened on apple and android devices.

Once i switched i rarely have had any issues (most of the time its my internet) uploading. I also do not download software updates on my apps or phone for at least a week or so (when i can) to make sure the update bugs can be worked out.

If anyone is taking photos on their phones, it really is easy to crop right after you take the picture.IMHO

Hopefully this gets resolved for you and the OP. It is annoying and time consuming when this happens.
