So, I'm trying to pay for an item. Get to confirm and pay, nothing. It just spins or go back to the confirm and pay screen. The app and the site are both doing it. I reported it to customer service today. I even got in my laptop same thing can't confirm and pay! Anyone else has this problem?!

I gave an offer, it was accepted? I tried to pay, nothing.

Yes. I am the winner.  When i press confirm and pay, it doesn't acknowledge that the button was pressed. It goes back like I never pressed it and basically. Does it online, the app, phone, and laptop. Paypal is doing the same. Google pay didn't go through either, it just ignores the payment confirmation.

Might some something to do with the seller's qualifications. Payment. Did you send an email to seller? 

Have you not ever paid an auction or two in the past? Also depends maybe if there are any strikes against you from payments in the past.

Or it could be a credit card thing...where perhaps you went over your limit to make the purchase. If this happens eBay usually ask for another credit card choice. Expired credit card?

Did you check to see if payment was done already? Some auctions by the seller require payment immediately...meaning it might have been paid already or will go through today.

Careful not to do a double payment.

Just ideas.

There isn't an issue on my end. At all. It's on their end. I've never had an issue with payments, my payment feedback is 100% 2012 and on. So it isn't me. For sure. I've reached out to the seller to let them know the issue. They're rated 97% as a seller. But i definitely appreciate your feedback! I pressed that button 100 times and nothing lol. It's so weird to me. Never experienced this? And it's all happening with no error message. Clueless
