Can’t bid or make offer

The iPhone app will not let me bid or enter an offer. The keys light up when pressed but nothing happens. (No amount is registered), I can only buy now. 
if I log onto explore, everything works and eBay has confirmed no limitations or blocks on account - it has to be the app. Any ideas ????

Also - tried reloading but no change.

Me too! I can bid counter offer or anything? It won’t type a number in or respond to any buttons? I’m in great standing & have no issues just technical stuff! What can we do?
