BAF.Error.3 - Please Help!

I have a problem with File Exchange. I am uploading a file that I have uploaded several times in the past without any difficulty, but every time I try to upload it now, it only uploads the first 15 items and then I get BAF.Error.3 error and nothing else uploads after the first 15 items!  Does anyone have any ideas why this is happening? Thanks

I don't know if this helps but I also had the same error and worked out that I had a repeat column at the end that I had not spotted. Once removed I ran it again and it worked fine. Hope that helps you. Look really carefully at the 15th item, I imagine the problem is in there somewhere.
