Can't add photos to collection items

Every time I try to add a photo to a card in my collection, its turns red and says invalid format and closes the edit collection item screen now.

I am using the same type of photos (jpeg, file size not an issue) that I have always used and all of a sudden as of a couple days ago I can't add photos anymore.

I have tried clearing my cache, different browsers etc. with no luck. It can't be the photos bc these are all the same ones (taken with iphone a week or two ago) that I was using to add to collection items with no issues previously.

Anyone got any ideas when this will be fixed?

No solution I've found yet, just adding that I am running into the same issue today.  It's the first time I've tried adding things to my collection, I thought I was doing something wrong.  Should be straightforward though, and I have tried a couple different supported image formats.  No idea why it fails this way, and annoying that it closes the whole window out.

I've run into the same issue. Have not been able to upload photos for two days. Have not seen any fixes being announced yet.

Use the ? icon on the bottom right of the website (or shake your device if using the app) to file a tech report.

The more people reporting, the more eBay will pay attention, the higher it will go on the fix list.
