I know I am typing my name and password correctly but sometime I get the "Oops, that's not a match" message no matter how many times I try using the sign in screen with the security code that pops up. Then, usually, the next day sign in works ok. Just me?

NO, it's not just you! I have had this problem for over a month now. I was advised by a helpful messenger that the problem is my browser even though I have Windows 10 with all updates and IE the latest version with all updates. I downloaded Firefox and also Google Chrome. Same problems. There are no problems with any other website, only eBay. It also happens on more than one PC, laptops and iPads trying to access eBay. The best I have found to do is to be sure eBay is totally signed off, clear all browsing history, shut down the device and try again. Sometimes it takes multiple attempts. I know this is some type of issue with eBay. If I am successfully logged in and able to freely work in eBay, it eventually happens that I attempt to do something that must require a higher level of security such as creating a new listing, editing a listing or viewing orders not shipped. Then the dreaded sign on screen appears. Attempts to sign on then are never successful. The only way I have found to cure it is to clear everything and reboot. This is not a browser issue, happens with multiple devices. It seems like some type of additional security check that seems random. It just has become business as usual for me to jump through all the clearing, rebooting and trying again hoops in order to have full access. Please post again if you find a better solution!

When the ! Oops that's not a match pops up
Simply click on the Sign in again and it works as it should.
I see this glitch occasionally and its not due to a browser issue.
This is an eBay glitch. - Just like the one that made my Watch list vanish today.
That is not a browser issue either.
