Can't Go To My Store VIA The APP??

This happened awhile back, I just thought it was a glitch or something, But it has not come back, I was always able to view my store through the app, But not anymore, Any one else have this Issue??

I’m not having an issue seeing my store on the app on my iPad.

I click My eBay then my user name and viola! I see my store!

Just checked and I can see mine as usual. I'm on a Samsung/Android phone.
