Hi All, Did they get rid of the toggle to include/exclude newly listed
items from Promoted Listings? Just tried to start a new campaign and I'm
not seeing where I can toggle that to exclude new items and it's instead
just giving me the filter options...
All of the envelopes I've dropped off since July 3rd have no tracking
updates. Is it just me or anyone else seeing this? Trying to determine
if they are sitting in a bin somewhere unmailed and/or if maybe just the
data isn't ending up to eBay....
If you are on the annual store subscription, they will penalize you for
cancelling and/or downgrading. (Note: they will calculate what your
penalty will be before you click OK).
You can also use the "Print Bulk Labels" just to see if you have any
orders that need combined. If you don't want to actually buy the labels,
just hit cancel. It will automatically show if there is any potential to
combine shipping locations to a buy...
I'd issue the refund. You used stock photos and listed it as new. Zipper
aside, the name written inside would be an instant return if I was the
buyer. eBay will side with them if you let it go to a "decision".
