Can't Counter Best Offer

Trying to send a counteroffer and keep getting error message "! There Is An Issue Processing Your Request" -- have no problem accepting offers just cannot counter them.

i am also have this issue, i have tried logging in and out, clearing history/cache still wont work.

This is costing all of us so much business.

Would love to know how eBay is going to make up for this. Refund of the value of our listing fees for the day (hopefully this won't last DAYS) would be nice.

I've been getting the same error for the past 2 days. I let the potential buyer know what my counter-offer was in the comments and that Ebay won't allow me to do it.
