Hi everyone -
There is a known issue with being unable to accept or counter a Best Offer and being given the error message, "There is an issue processing your request".
Our tech team is aware and working to resolve. There is no current workaround at this time.
If you encounter this error message while trying to accept or counter a Best Offer please contact CS and request to be added to the open ticket.

The tech team has confirmed that this has been resolved and you should now be able to accept or counter Best Offers without encountering the error.
