Can’t Choose A Select Priority Flat Rate To Ship USPS

The option to choose which USPS priority flat rate envelope or box to ship in is gone defaulting to just USPS Priority Mail. I have tried both on desktop and Mobile app and it’s the same results. Is anyone else having this problem or knows of a solution

eBay made some changes for flat rates. Read the below discussion @rostone-85 and I encourage you to add to that discussion if this is giving you problems.

This may not be your issue, but sometimes when the flat rate envelope option isn't available for me, it's because it thinks the size I've entered is too big for the envelope. Reducing the size entered on the form, brings it back.

as an adjunct to @carolynnq ................don't enter dimensions, just go to add services.........choose the padded rate envelop and then add dimensions........

If this is just for choosing AFTER a customer has purchased; choosing "Carrier Packaging" brings up ALL flat rate options.

I just figured it out - remove the weight - add 12x9x1 - and it does appear. Thanks!

eBay made an unannounced change related to setting up listings with certain types of packaging. When package dimensions entered exceed eBay's programmed dimensions, eBay will not show you those shipping options when setting up your listing.

To access these services, enter the following package dimensions:

USPS Flat Rate Envelopes: 12x9x1
USPS Small Flat Rate Box: 8x5x1
USPS Med Flat Rate Box: 14x12x3 or 11x8x6
USPS Large Flat Rate Box: 12x12x6
eBay Standard Envelope: 11x6x1
