The Create Listing page and also revise listing page will not load for me. There are very pale shadowy gray boxes which blink softly, but nothing more shows. Everything else seems to be OK, and other websites load well for me.

I'm having the same problem,I sent an email but no response and I can't list items so I can't sell and Ebay can't make money

I use firefox and the listing screen does not work,just faint grey boxes and I get the same with drafts and I can't revise anything

Same here.
From Saturday morning until now Sunday morning.
I tried on Chrome and on Safari. Same thing.
Every other website is ok.
Every other part of ebay is ok, I just can't revise a listing,

I just tried to relist,revise and add a new item to sell and so far it is working.Maybe try it today.
