The Create Listing page and also revise listing page will not load for me. There are very pale shadowy gray boxes which blink softly, but nothing more shows. Everything else seems to be OK, and other websites load well for me.

ME TOO!! Same gray boxes no matter how I try to reach any create listing page. Then, to add insult to injury, every time I try to create a listing ebay adds my attempt to the "drafts" but the drafts are just a bunch of dead links. Status says everything is OK, but everything is NOT OK!

Thank you for replying! I am so glad to know I am not the only one. I too see "dead" drafts! Hopefully they get this fixed soon, I have so much I need to list. 😞

I was redirected here from the UK site where I posted similar but got no reply, so I also assumed that I was the only one in the UK suffering the same problem. It started for me this morning, Sat 27th at around 3.30am UK time, and, though my PC is very old (still running Windows Vista which I assumed was the problem), the same thing happened on my iPad which is very much newer. I hope someone can make the eBay Tech Team worldwide aware of this as I doubt they would listen to me and I never bother calling them nor using web chat as I just get fobbed off.

I have exactly the same issue. Went to do another batch of listings this morning (27 May 2023) and all I'm getting is grey shimmering boxes when trying to create a new listing, list similar or loading a draft. Tried on at least two computers using two different browsers (MAC, Safari and Mozilla Firefox). 😞

Please tell eBay as the more who do, the more seriously they will take this problem especially with it being a Bank Holiday weekend.

I have the same issue when I go to list or sell similar. Just shadowy boxes. And my friends computer is the same and with different browsers. Please fix soon!

At least one user experiencing this issue had some success switching to Firefox.

If the browser is not the difference, perhaps there was a difference amount history, settings or browser add-ons. It might be worth temporarily disabling add-ons to see if that makes a difference.

At least one user experiencing this issue had some success switching to Firefox.

Correction -- switching from Firefox to Chrome was what helped that user.

Same issues here.Tried all evening yesterday and this morning.Same thing pale shadowy boxes tried clearing cache and history.Tried it with blocking extension turned off.Tried it with Firefox and Safari.Nothing works other than the ebay logo on a relist,revise or new listing.I even talked to someone at eBay.Do they know there is an issue and are they working on a solution?

I am having the same issue using both Firefox and Safari on a Macbook Pro. I installed the Opera browser and everything worked as it should..(yesterday, 5/27. Haven't tried it yet today).
