Can Not Leave Feedback for Buyers

Just noticed this as of yesterday March 14, 2023. Anyone else experiencing this?

I am having the same problem!  I am not able to leave any feedback for my buyers.

Yes, I can click the "positive" bar but can't leave a message or submit it.

What browser are you using? Is it the latest version?

Any difference if you use another browser?

What page are you starting from?

I can't leave feedback for my buyers either, I click on Positive, but then it won't let me add a comment.

I have encountered the same difficulties when leaving feedback for sellers.

I noticed that when I click on the rating (positive, etc.) then the comment box will appear.

The only option is to click on Positive. No Neutral. No Negative.

So, WHERE/HOW do we post (Negative) feedback for a Buyer?

eBay has not allowed negative feedback for buyers since 2008. That is not what feedback is for.

There are other ways to deal with buyers that do not pay or that violate policy rather than using feedback.

Sellers have not been allowed to leave negative feedback for buyers for at least 15 years.

And leaving a positive, green dot, with negative remarks can earn a seller a defect.

It's just a little surprising that someone who's been here since December, 2001, would be unaware of that.
