There is a $2300.00 fine if you sell an incandescent bulb to anyone in California, it is illegal to ship bulbs to a California address; in the listing, where I can choose not to ship to foreign countries, AK or HI, we need an additional button for California. I am sick to death of telling people they can't have their bulbs after they already bought them. SHAME on eBay if they don't give me that button RIGHT NOW. It is just a few lines of code to prevent me from making buyers mad!!!
AND, don't ask me what I think about Title 20
To me, Title 20 proves California has lost their minds.
Minimum light bulb performance is 45 lumens per watt.
