This is Don (Hitman501). On December 20th I tried to print an ebay shipping label for a trading card that I sold and was not able to. The printer only showed parts of two lines. I had an extended on-line chat with an Ebay rep and was told to try again after 72 hours. No change and I attempted to pint a total of 9 times, so I gave up. I tried again today (Dec 30) after selling another trading card with the same result: cannot print label. My printer will print everything else that I request it to but not the shipping label. I even tried the whole process from scratch on another computer that I have with the same result. Too bad because I like the inexpensive way of sending trading cards and specifically the tracking feature. Unfortunately I must now go back to just using stamps for the smaller sales and if I want tracking I must charge my buyers $4.45 for every card. Very discouraged by this whole process.
