CONTACT BUYER = page not responding (and other problems with redesign)

(I use a pc and noticed this change on 9/5/2018)

  Now, when I contact buyer regarding an order (thank you, shipment message, etc.) it is now taking multiple tries to open the message.    I keep getting "page not responding".    When it finally does open, it now says "ask a question".    I usually copy & paste a general shipment message to each buyer, but now I have to add a few spaces to the message before the "send" button evven becomes active.    It's more work for sellers now.

I just had to contact 3 buyers and here is what happened: 

I clicked "contact buyer" for each , opening them in separate browser tabs.   The first tab showed "contact buyername" like it used to and showed the OLD message format.  The second tab showed showed "ask a question"  with the NEW message format,  and the third tab showed "ebay" (page not responding).  

Yeah thing are pretty glitchy right now.   I would rather see the tab that shows which buyer I am messaging rather than "ask question" in all the tabs.

Ditto, the new Send Message button is now light blue and won't let me send a message to any of my buyers...
