For how many years we have suffered for all glitches on ebay and we still have to pay for it

I solved this Friday Morning 10-11-2019.

I had this happen Friday morning. Could not get past the error page. In the past sometimes a microsoft update that just went in my system caused a conflict. So, I looked to see what updates had just gone in and there was a security update that went on my computer the night before. Before I did this I tried switching browsers to Firefox and still had the error message.

So, I went in and rolled back my system (Windows 8.1) to the day before that update so it was removed. That solved it. Printed my label and got my item shipped just in time. (A very large musical instrument). Then I went in and changed my updates on my computer so they don't go in automatically.

On my system it was Control Panel >>Recovery>>Open System Restore. That will let you roll it back to a date before the last change.

So of course, as usual, ebay screws up as bad as a Microsoft update and their team is racing to fix it AND make an announcement about it.
