There was a technical error when trying to invoice buyer

Hi, 

I keep having "There was a technical error - please try again in a moment" error when I try to send an invoice to my buyer. Does anybody else having this issue?

Something seems to be wonky with the invoice/payment system right now.  I'm seeing the same issue.
