In my Selling Preferences, I have the "Buyers can see exactly how many items are left" button turned ON, because I want my exact in-stock quantities visible to buyers. Beginning yesterday, it only displays correctly for listings with quantity less than 10. All my listings with quantity greater than 10 now display as "More than 10 available". I understand this is preferable for some sellers in some categories, but I want it to always to show the exact quantity. This has always worked fine until yesterday. Tried phoning support and did actually speak with a live person but they seemed clueless and claimed the capability to always show the exact quantity available does not exist. Anyone else seeing this?

NO - unfortunately still the same. Not showing actual quantity.
@zeeptechnology you need to look at your listings in an other browser you normally use - or first lock out from your account to see how buyers see your listings.

Well, it was working earlier today. It seems to be a work in progress.

The feature has been working correctly for several days now.

NO - it is not. Still the same if quantity is greater than 10 display as "More than 10 available".
Just take a look at my trim listings as f. ex. item # 151661629057 - on that f.ex. is 33 available - but it shows "More than 10 available".
For my sales it is very important that the exact quantity is shown because it is old / vintage trims where I have large old stock and several customers were happy to be able to buy more than just 10.

It seems inconsistent. When we check from one device, your listing says 33 available. When we check from another, the same listing simply says more than 10 available.

@zeeptechnology Thank you so very much for checking and letting me know.
That is really odd - and really really bad for me - and surly many others also.
I don´t know why ebay has done this or why not fixing this bug. Sellers are grown up people - knowing exactly how they want their listings to appear - we do not need ebay´s nursery, it only hurts sales.

I see the "More than 10 available" notation on my desktop, but I am still able to add up to 33 items to my cart. If I try to add more than that, this is what I see:
So, in practice, it is quite easy for a buyer to determine if there is sufficient stock, and with a few tries, the actual number available can be determined, if necessary.
I can certainly understand why some sellers might prefer the actual number to appear by default, and why some others might prefer to keep that number hidden, though.
