Original Poster here. Just noticed the problem finally appears to be corrected, at least on my listings. Hope it is for others, too and that it's a permanent fix. Thanks to those who responded.

I tried turning OFF the button labeled "Buyers can see exactly how many items are left". Waited an hour then turned it back on, but this makes no difference. Buyers still see "More than 10 Available" instead of the actual quantity, on all my listings...
