Did you mean:

Buyers but not payers

I don’t sell a great deal on eBay but in the past week I made two sales for items that are extremely bulky and heavy, so made clear they were for collection only!

One buyer asked me (after winning the set of gilded marble tables) whether I could tell them how much the postage would be to London (I’m in the Midlands).
The buyer of the other item has ignored the requests for payment and the request to have the item collected. When I look at the buyer’s postal address it is in Cyprus!

I mean, who are these people? Have they got nothing better to do with their lives?

How is it possible that eBay can allow this to happen twice to one person, in one week?
In the meantime, the process for unpaid items will roll on until I am refunded final value fees....

And, also in the meantime, I’ve got to now try again to get these items out from under my feet!!!

Re: Buyers but not payers

Check your listing's shipping information, make sure you have selected Local Pickup only, or whatever the language would be on the UK site,  when creating the listing. When I look at one of your old listings (TV), it say you will ship in the UK, but in your description it says collection only. You may want to try using the Business tool to create the listing to make sure it is set to Local collection only.
