I am utterly frustrated. Just unbelievable - everything seems to be broken on this site!
Just received something I have been waiting of, with great anticipation. They are not the described size. So, I try to return them fast, knowing that it is in the seller's best interest, who wants to make a seller wait 30 days of the returned item? I click Return this item, and fill in the form. It turned in circles for 30 seconds, then takes me back to the menu of selecting a reason. Really???? We have played this like 6 times, but I am sorry, I am way too busy to play these games. My time is money!
I went into PayPal just to find out, the payment was wrong, too. I was overcharged, because I have user my eBay bucks, PayPal balance and bank acct to pay, originally. PayPal took out the bank acct-financed portion TWICE. So, I had to spend time on filing a claim there.
Next, I look at my buyer account (not this one) Messages - there is one: Complete your purchase now! Problem is, I already have completed that payment and it shows up among my PayPal payments sent list. It was paid with existing PayPal balance.
Unbelievable. If someone would be sabotaging this site on purpose, he couldn't be doing a better job.
The time waster this morning: 1 hr
On something that should have taken 30 seconds to take care of.

I've been getting stuck in loops on eBay too. Usually, I'm able to switch to another browser or wait a couple of hours and then it works. I think it's the COVID-19 thing, all their IT guys working from home, the site is falling apart.

And this was not all - the icing on the cake was, when I discovered that a bottle of Puppy Vitamins I thought I was ordering from Florida, USA - actually comes from a Chinese seller. Will put it straight in the trash, wasted 11 bucks because it could have virus on it or infused with chemicals. I have zero trust in Chinese sellers anymore. Each year, hundreds of thousands of tons of merchandise is confiscated by US Customs agents due to various contaminants. I am not going to risk my 2,500 dog to die or become sick. By the way, I checked the location of the seller prior to purchasing. It said FL USA.
The way I found out it was false information was after I paid via PayPal.
This is not to say all Chinese sellers are up to no good, but I just cannot risk it.
