Buyers Can't Buy from our store or make offers

There is no buy it now, add to cart or make an offer button on the app for any of my items. I cannot get a human on the phone. PLEASE FIX THIS!! My store has been a ghost town for days, no wonder.

I just went to your store and could buy anything I wanted. That gold purse $2995 had a big fat BIN next to it. I don’t see a problem.

Don't know about the app, but on a PC, listings look normal.

Where are you coming up with this assumption? Because you have no sales? Sales will come when people are interested in buying

I don't see any problems, either, but I don't shop on the app. Hang in for someone with knowledge/experience to pop by.

The issue is not on PC, app only. I have had 4 different customers have the issue. The 3 people who live in my home also have the issue, on the app. I see it with my own eyes. Thanks though, hopefully someone from eBay can chime in.

I never use the app...as you already know, it is glitchy.

This is a known issue with ebay, it's pinned at the top of the thread. I have been having this issues for 6+ months and they finally opened a ticket.

Hi @agentcloseteur . Shake your phone while the app is open to file a tech report and mention you're experiencing ALERT15710 - listings missing buy it now, add to cart, make offer, add to watchlist button on the app.

If others you know are experiencing the same, have them file reports, too. The more people reporting the higher it will go up eBay's fix list.

No prob @agentcloseteur . I'm interested to know if you and @urban_picker are looking at items while logged in to your selling account, or logged out, or using another account?

Is it only happening when you view your own listings or is it happening when you view other sellers' listings?

I assume you made sure your app is on the latest version? Are you on iOS or Android?
