Buyers Can't Buy from our store or make offers

There is no buy it now, add to cart or make an offer button on the app for any of my items. I cannot get a human on the phone. PLEASE FIX THIS!! My store has been a ghost town for days, no wonder.

Hi,

I'm having an issue with a buyer who wants to make an offer, however isn't given the option to do so. I believe she is using eBay's mobile app, as I'm able to see and make an offer, as a buyer in my store, using eBay's web app.

Any word from eBay on getting this fixed?
