The buyer contacted us stating he received the wrong item. We agreed that we had sent the wrong item and offered a return label and refund. The buyer began sending messages that we were ignoring him. We responded numerous times. He stated he would open a Item not as described. We agreed and again offered the refund. Instead of doing any of that, he left negative feedback. He has still not opened a return request. My question: Is it possible that the buyer cannot send but not receive eBay Message center messages?
