Buyer accepted counteroffer on July 2nd hasn't paid and the date of acceptance changed

Buyer accepted counteroffer on July 2nd I sent an invoice and a friendly reminder invoice yesterday. Still no response or payment. But the biggest issue I have is that the counteroffer acceptance date has changed to July 5th which means I cannot cancel the item until the 10th. I don't understand how that happened. I have had all sorts of issues with Ebay lately. When a potential buyer ask a question and I answer it still shows that I have an unanswered question or if I decline an offer I still get offer notification. What the heck is going on?? It is frustrating!!

Perhaps you were unaware of this:  When a seller sends another invoice, the date for payment resets to a date 4 more days out from the date of that 2nd invoice.

Ignore any 'unanswered questions' (I have about 3000); not an issue

Probably because the 2nd was Sunday and the 4th a holiday, it got 'changed' to the 5th. Again, ignore it and move on.

If you don't want these issues with offers, best to just 'not accept' offers anymore (change in your 'my preferences') List all at 'buy it now' with 'immediate payment required'.
