Morning eBay Technical Support.

As of this morning my store is down 72% over the last 31 days.  Traffic is down:

Listing Impressions down 46%.

Click Thru Rate down 0.00% pts.

Listing Page Views down 23.1%.

Sales Conversion Rate down 2.5% pts.

What is going on with this platform? In the 10 years I've been on eBay, I've never experienced this kind of drop. I need answers. How about someone stepping up to the plate and providing an honest explanation to why my store and other stores have dropped like a rock starting July 9th and later.

22 Years doing this full time on ebay and the site has never been as messed up as it is. From what I am putting together from articles and comments from employees is they are throwing all the changes at the website in a kinda figure it out later feel. I cannot fully verify that but would explain why some of the issues have been going on for 2 years now (IE server failure and system errors for starters). I do know what ever is going on has cost a lot of sellers a lot of sales. I try to figure it out daily and drives me mad lol

After having 1 $200+ day in July 9 (July sales down 75% last 30 days) and the rest of the days either no sales or under $100.00 August now has been 3 $200+ days in a row.

I found too that the eBay software relists an item when it's sold or doesn't remove it. I sold 3 radios and the next morning found them still listed.

With 575 listings on eBay, my store shows 350 listings with zero page views last 30 days, and zero watchers. Some of these listings are highly sought after tubes.  Also, how does a listing get a watcher without a page view? The person clicking "watch" I should have viewed the page.

Anyway, I think, like other sellers, the eBay platform is broken. It's flawed and defective. Ebay doesn't need to re-invent the wheel, just get it running smoothly and perform routine maintenance and quit trying to squeeze every penny out of the sellers with useless programs and promotions.

Just my two cents.
